flip video?

does anyone know how to flip a video???

my friend didnt turn my phone when he was recording my other friend passed out going through a car wash. so i was wondering if anyone knew a way to flip it so its up right?

look on your computer and see if u got windows movie maker if you do import it in there and it has a flip effect under the effects section. if you find the program and cant figure it out lmk and ill further elaborate.
