Can people please post any info on liquid/air intercooler setups. I am trying to research this a bit and am getting nowhere. I know Spearco sells them. I am more looking for peoples installs parts used. What type of pumps they use heat exchangers sizes of the intercooler (esp for a 2.0L motor for about 25PSI). I noticed Sy/Tys seem to use them??!?! I may be worn but I noticed it in some pics I saw.
Any help and info would be greatly appreciated.

Would seeing a setup help you? Ill have a few Sytys at my house this weekend if you want to check it out. :) Email me Keith455@syty.net.
Heres a link on a new pump and hose install that might give ya something http://www.techweasel.com/articles/syty/icpump_hose.htm
The stock syty I/C pump is a POS Bosch one that burns out real quick. I and others have replaced it with a Surflo from Camping world. Its bigger then the stock ones but works well. OR there is a Jabsco pump that is smaller and works equally well Ron G. from APE sells them for a good price. Ill get the link if you need it.
Heat exchangers - the sytys have a stock one looks like a motorcycle radiator under the bumper plus i have an additional one (big Hayden oil cooler) behind the grill.
I have no idea what the CFM of the I/C is as far as the dimensions?? dont know off the top of my head id have to measure it.
Hope this helps some..
