Can Anyone tell me how to make a photo smaller... using Paint it?

post the picture and the size you want and someone will do it for you.

its not going to look all that great but in ms paint you have to goto Image > Stretch and Skew > only in the stretch area change the value. make sure you use the same % for each or its going to come out distorted.

For something simple and quick,

Go to >> ImageShack® - Image Hosting (http://www.imageshack.us)

Click 'Browse' >> Find the path to your image

Click the check box for 'resize image?' >> then choose a size from the drop down menu

Click upload.

It does have limited sizes but it's got mostly the universal ones.
