oh wow..i thought they just set upa course in the pits.. kick ass!!! i DEFINATELY have to go then! i thought i didnt miss much.. kick ass!

I know what you mean. I was considering going to the BMW event at MacDill but one look at that course has got me thinking....

That track is super sweet. I was up there about a month and a half ago and was very impressed. Did anyone go off at the first left hander... by Temptation viewing blah blah blah...what ever that says?

Do you know when the next event is?

YEP!!! A camaro took the first corner too fast...ended up chasing down spectators :(. Kinda scary. There were ALOT of people who eneded up in the sand/grass. Worst part was the last part of the Slalom (in the middle of the track) because it was a declerating slalom several came in too fast and enede ip losing control. The worst incident was when a Camaro lost control at the 1st/2nd lap split. HE ended up chasing down course workers (They ran like roaches with the lights turned on!)
Hell be cleaning sand out of car for weeks.

BTW No other events planned yet but I am sure they WILL return. I will keep everybody posted.

i had a blast onthat track.. for my first Auto Cross.. still getting used to judging stuff from teh LH side of the car (25 years in RHD cars does that too you).. i went off at the end of the slalom on my first lap.. and my last was my fastest... i stopped doing AWD drifting around the course and concentrated on not sliding so much.. that and the I-Club meet at Mastro Subaru (http://www.mastrowrx.com) made that the best weekend i have had since being in america :D
