This is a intercooler and piping for a Subaru Lagacy with fog lights. there's lots of bends to clear everything and fit the car perfect. Just to make sure it's 100% we did a leak test, we filled the system with water and made a quicky connector to join the trubo side to the intake side to seal it. We then pressurized it to 40psi to make sure there were no leaks.
It passed the test, but we figured while it was hooked up we would crank up the air pressure a little .
All the piping is tig welded and bead rolled to prevent blow off.
You get the very best when you choose LHT to build your intercooler piping.
Below are the pictures, I'm the one(John) holding onto the piping and Paul taking the pictures for a safe distance incase it turns into Waterfest in the shop.

You can be sure an LHT intercooler pipe will not blow off.

good thing nothing happened, that is REALLY dangerous like you said
but its good to know you guys actually test like this instead of so many other guys who just make stuff and hope it works

Thanks John and Paul, you have a great reputation and your work is flawless! I will be posting on the LegacyGT forum and I am sure my GT30R turbo will love this new set up! btw the avatar is my oldest son... he just won the World Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Championship title which is the largest BJJ tourney in the World.
If you want to remove the fog lights to use as air induction you can...I never have them on.. it may work for the passenger side to allow more air flow. your call.
Thanks for trying to fix my air-to-water set up.. if I was going to the track more and had a larger budget it may have been a good route to have you completely rebuild but for daily driving your FMIC set up will be much more efficient. Thanks again!

Well, We spent some extra time to make the piping fit around your fog lights, so we will not have to remove them. "Make the piping fit the car, not car fit the piping"
I will be in conact with you very soon , Just waiting for the carbon fibre.

nice and small precision intercooler...their cores are quite nice...and to think diesel boys actually run their trucks with more boost than that gauge is reading ;)

LHT Performance does beautiful work. I was not expecting such high quality work and attention to detail. Even though Snowman, Im Slow and Scott Johnson recommended and all stated LHT Performance did great work I was not prepared to see my set up done so professionally. Thank you John and Paul!
