94 s10 heat stuck on

i pulled the multi function switch and the heat is still on any ideas or doi just have to take the dash out to figure it out? also when i move the climate control from hot to cold and still nothing?

Keep the air off? not sure what could be the problem there...

yeah take the dash out.
i just had to put a new multi function switch in,they dont control the air.
