Default What to do with my 240

I got my 240 completely stock for a reason...So I can build it myself and not have someone elses mess to deal with. I have a couple ideas what I want to do with it but not completely sure. It would be awesome to hear some new ideas.

Im open to hear anything......

do the easy mods first bro; cold air intake, headers, exhaust w test pipe, and go from there.

nothing special or unique, but a good starting point.
after that you would probably beef up the suspension, weld the differential, new coils/springs....

What do you want set the car up for? Drag, drift, track, street/DD?

Do some research, you dont 'build' a car over night. Plan out what you want to do and dont cheap out on stuff. And dont listen to what most people on this forum tell you.

Definetly do suspension first and spend your money right. If i had to start over i would do it like that.

Don't mess with a NA KA ... waste of time. AMS Turbokit + rebuild kit (depending on the condition of your engine) + tune. Or drop the cash on a SR swap ( + upgrades). Stay away from shitmax...eh sportmax wheels (get something nice) 5zigen FN01RC's look nice on S chassis cars and are very cost effective (5lug conversion if you could). If you plan on making over 300whp consider a Z32 brake upgrade (or similar). Clutch type LSD would be nice as well (VLSD's suck) .. on another note... please do not weld your diff (it's a ghetto solution). As far as coil overs go... their is a ton of choices out their (I recommend doing some research on that one). I don't really care about asthetics so I'll leave that one on you (as it's very subjective anyway).

Take a ford contour motor and make it work for an RWD, cut your springs, spray paint your wheels white (they will be lighter that way, like clouds, ya know?) and then spray the whole bottle of nitrous in your gas tank with some lighter fluid.

easy 700hp and it will handle like a dream!!!

Ok ok, sorry. what i meant to say is, we don't see enough high compression KA projects with ITBs. Give it a go : )

Or KA-T. If I had not found the RB I was definitely going KA-T.
