What do you guys think about a new sub-forum for builds where each member that is doing a build can post pics and document their progress? I personally like looking at other guys builds and get ideas on things before I take that next step.

It's hard to remember who has what and did what to their car and if we had a sub-forum for builds, that would make things alot easier to follow. Yea, N2S has one but not many stangs or fords like we do here.

What do you guys think?

I think its a good idea, the people who dont want everyone knowing what their building can simply not post!! I also like to look at other peoples progress, gives me ideas and it also teaches me a thing or two. So I am all for it...

I couldn't have said it better myself. I'm all for learning and different ideas.

I think it would be a great idea, it would sure simplify and help organize what everyone has going on.

i voted yes. i am building a car, or lack there of due to funds being gone. but when i do make some progress i would like to have somewhere to post up pics and be able to ask questions, and have people tell me what they think, suggestions, and all that. i know you can do it now but if you post it in like the tech part it only lasts so long there and then its gone and noone else see's it to put there stuff in it

Our own project forum sounds like a great idea, the alternative is searching through the asian girls and civics/nissans in the members rides section.

Sometimes I think the more sub forums you get the slower all of the forums get within the same family ( Ford in our case ) because the forums have the activity spread accross a few different forums. I will ask first though so I do not step on any toes because you never know it might take off.

Scott, just lump tech with lounge like it used to be, hell there isnt that much tech traffic to begin with and usually its something that gets adddressed rather quickly. Then start up the "members build" room or whatever its called.

Ask them? Hell, tell them, "I am Scott" What I say goes... say it, say it.

While I have the ability to add it might come back to bite all of us for that matter later on.

We have that separate forum / group I created on Tampa Forums and it never gets used. Kind of my thoughts on a sub forum here for just project cars, but we will see.
