Most of the pics look good, but they seem distorted. What are you using for a camera? Your photos are resized to a 4:3 aspect ratio when your pictures should probably be 3:2 if you're using a dSLR.

Very nice and crisp shots. I think they could do with a little white balance and exposure/contrast adjustment and they'd really POP.

Well, I know that's what he normally uses but as I said some of them look squished... I think he resized to get 4:3 instead of cropping.

Just FYI - 4:3 is the a/r of a large percentage of P&S cameras.

The pictures look elongated :dunno:

.:Chris:.

Kamikaze, the correct aspect ratio would be 1024x683. When you resize via photoshop just make sure the 'constrain proportions' box is checked.

Kamikaze
02-23-2008, 04:02 PM
Ah, I know for sure it wasn't checked.

Well they should've been refreshed with the right pic size.

.:Chris:.
02-23-2008, 06:16 PM
They look much better now. They didn't refresh properly for me the first time, if the same happens to anyone else be sure to press ctrl+F5 to reload completely.

02-23-2008, 08:10 PM
Thanks guys... Hey Chris, how do you get it to constrain proportions? Because when i checked that each time I went to 1024 it would automatically change the width to 768.

.:Chris:.
02-24-2008, 12:40 AM
I'd guess that's because you opened your files that you had saved as 1024x768. If you open your original files (if you still have 'em) then constrain proportions will work fine.
