PS banner help! please!

wasup guys, can someone please edit this banner (or make a new one) with this new picture (in black and white) in the same place of the old one. Its for my website to host my videos.

I did it, but the daytime pic doesn't look half as cool as the existing one...a nightime shot would have been better...
