I was going toward brandon to my friends house i was cruzin along then this nice stang pulls up looks at me smiles revs his engine meanwhile im thinkin you dont want none of this so i rev back were going bout 80 so we take off hitten 120 then i got behind a truck he passed then i got behind him dropped it into 3rd took off and whooped him senseless poor stang i told him he didnt want none

that story is the biggest hoax i have ever heard did you ever hear of such a thing i mean come on it is kind of far fetched even for a mustang and let me tell you that they are fast because i raced one to 400mph one time with my learjet and it hung in there pretty good let me tell you it was cool and things like that it had flowmasters so i know he was serious

did u get higher gear ratio than my 240? 3rd gear in my car at 80 would be pushing 63/65 revs and redline is at 65 so dropping to 3rd is pointless... blasting by is just not possible with no gear left maybe you meant 4th eh? u sure he was even racing.....i mean u understand that HP = top end and the mustang out rates you in HP

well i raced 2 mustang gts and this is how the story went. the first one had only one driver was a 5 speed 96 4.6 liter and was all stock because we both examined each others cars before the race. we agreed to line up at a light and run. at the line i had the jump on him when the light turned green and it was even through first and second gears at approx 60 mph in high end at second he walked on me and was a full car length ahead of me( my front bumper was approx 10-15 feet from his back bumper) at 100mph when we both cut out. The second time i raced a stang it was a 4.6ltr automatic (bot cars were NOT convertibles). from the line i again got the jump on him and then he again walked on me at about 70 mph when my front bumper was about 2 feet behind his back bumper at 90 mph when we both cut out due to the upcoming red light. my 240sx is a 5spd with stock lsd coupe intake/header/exhaust/cams/jwt ecu. and without nitrous i cannot break a 15.3. so a 240 mildly modded will not school a v8 stang. what mods do you have done racerX im curious? NOS?

hey Racer X i have a rusted 86 300zx that i will race you in it goes pretty good. my buddy also has an old 1983 rusted out maxima and hell race you too you should race. I think they will both spank you pretty hard and set you straight. I dont think anybody out here wants to be beaten by a rusted 300zx or a p.o.s. maxima but if you want to talk shit im gonna laugh when you get beaten by a piece of it. P.M. me and well race.

hey i own a stock v6 98 mustang and that to me is a crock of shit that you beat it. ive raced only one 240 sx nissan and beat the shit out of it by 3 cars to 2cars. now that would be like nothing for a gt or cobra to your car. but then agian were they racing you?:confused:

maybe it was stock atomatic my cuz has a auto supra when its in 5th its crap slow to get to high speeds but then again maybe he wasnt racing i dont know all i know is dont try those saleens those are tooo cool ok ok ok i give up this story was a total crock just thought id see what would happen plus mustang the name alone could beat my car
