need valve cover cut

i want the timing portion of my valve cover cut as shown:

but ive got an h22 valve cover and the harness comes over the top as shown:

i dont think itd be a problem, but worse case i just reroute the harness.


id like for the cut too be ground down and as smooth as possible

how much am i looking at?
