the Fuckus vs. an older 911 vert

I pull up next to an older (early to mid 80s) 911 Carerra. Mind you that I have about 350 extra lbs in my car due to 2 passengers besides myself. I start my normal drive from the light and he starts getting on it. So I think Ah what the hell...I might as well boost his ego by losing. To my suprise I start pulling from him! I beat him and he pulls off on a side street.

What scares me even more is I get continually beat by Taylors Miata. Yet a Porsche 911 which is supposed the be the epitome of performance cars gets beat by the Focus. It makes me think that the yuppie behind the wheel has no idea how to drive his car or that his car is just slow but looks nice on the outside. Maybe he rebuild the car with a motor from a VW bug. :D

with the current 911s being nearly the best all around sports cars you can buy people forget how relatively slow by todays standards those old 911s were. especially the NA versions...the early 80s late 70s 911s were still basically a VW beelte with a flat 6 instead of a flat 4. it is amazing how so many people think that they are still a force to be reconed with. obviously that owner did!! LOL. but now he knows better!

now the turbo versions...hmmm...they have a little more bite!!
