Battle of The Almighty Intrepids

OK here it is. Me and a friend were on our way home from the gandy races on sat night but we accidentally missed our turn. I was in my parents Green Dodge Intrepid which by the way is not completely stcok because i took the air flow restricter out. so anyway we end up driving about 10 miles farther that we should of just to make a U-turn. We finally turn around and as were getting up to speed a white Intrepid ES pulls up next to us with three kids sittin in it. Well it just so happens we catch a light. For some reason i got that chill u get just before a race so i put my foot on the brake and gas it to about 1200 Rpms i look over at him and he smiled and put on his seatbelt. The light flashes green and i floor it peeling out for a good 1 to 2 seconds. he peeled out too. We take off and shift at about 40 into second gear. i slowly pull away going into second gear. we both have stock automatics so were running about the same. i pull even farther away inch by inch we hit about 105 and i see my turn comin up so i give it more gas just enough to get in front of him and flash my flashers to show him whats up. i get on my brakes and take my turn which luckily had a little bit of a banking to it. We smoked that ES. Intrepids are phat they need to make more mods 4 them. What do the Intrepid cops have done? i need to find something else until i get my camaro back. Stock cars suck D*ck

i have heard for a long time that the engines in the Police Intrepids come apart at any sustained speed above 110 MPH. i dont believe there is much difference in the engine packages. be careful with the high speed hijinx in that car...
