what size is the turbo end of the intake?

The lower end is 4" diameter round shape to match the larger inlets found in the higher HP turbochargers.

you can get a reducer from FP to hook it up to a 16g and i think they have other reducers to hook it up to 3 inch inlets too

Home depot racing also has couplers that you can stack to acheive the same effect.... for about $3
