Looking hard for a 4x4 turbo diesel. Which years had the crappy block that was prone to cracking?

those are the early 24 valve engines. i would bet that the ones that are the problem children have already been replaced or fixed. i think the years are from 98-00. some in 01 but very few. unless you are familiar with 24 valve issues be careful..
