At that price, it wouldn't be absurd to buy an accessory to move it... a car. :-o

Actually, it uses drop in filters that are something like 46mm. I've often wondered how you adjust a polarizer if it's a drop in... :dunno:
DareDevil
01-31-2008, 11:24 AM
Adjust it before you drop it in?
.:Chris:.
01-31-2008, 11:26 AM
OK but then you turn around and it's gotta be adjusted again. For $12k, it better adjust the polarizer for me!

Holy shit! The Flash card is $100 LOL
I'll pass. I can't own anything that expensive...I'll break it.
.:Chris:.

btuner, that's medium format with a digital back. That's like comparing apples to oranges, and I won't allow it. ;)
Seriously though, I was reading shutterbug magazine yesterday and there was a Hasselblad dealer selling used/demo sets. I can't imagine paying $19,999 for a used camera in "B condition".

I got some of our prints done there over the weekend and I was much more impressed with them then getting them printed at WalMart or CVS.
I'll pay the extra couple of cents and get them done there from now on.

That's bullshit, Nikon made a 1200mm lens (one recently sold on eBay for $2,750):

If you want to get into reflex lenses they also made a 2000mm lens (that's 1 10' degree viewing angle!):

LOL. We actually just decided that you all can't take pictures that are worth a damn, so we're just going to delete the thread.
I'll get the new contest going and start the voting when I get home from work. Also, BrewPuBeaver - PM me when you see this... I can't remember what your contest theme was exactly.

About the same. I was really pleased with yours but please with Ritz too. I think I paid about $11 for 1 8x10, 3 5x7, and about 7-8 4x6 but I'd have to look.
Next time you guys have a meet or something, have Matt bring the portfolio and show you. There is a mix of prints in there so you can tell for yourself.

I was just asking because I've never seen an 8x10 or 11x17 from my printer. I usually only use them for larger stuff. I'll get around to ordering some smaller ones eventually.

He did good. I'll put the extra in the portfolio so you can see it too.
