i did it but in order to make it the size you want, it stretches the image. but here is what i got.

thats it but idk what happened i tried to do it as transparent and just have the ball, but its not working

You saved as JPG. You need to save it as GIF if you want to keep transparency.

Actually a Portable Network Graphic (.PNG) supports transparency too. More specifically all a GIF type file is good for is animated files. A .png file also supports more than a 16-bit color depth .

Yeah, PNG would work too. PNG is probably a better option because it supports alpha transparency. That comes at the cost of color rendering though.
