so how are you going to sell it with no title?
B.O.S. (bill of sale)
the best place or person would be a trackday guy or racer
I would try selling it on Jennings Gp or Wera Forum

The person who "buys" the bike from you will still not own it, the only way to legally transfer ownership is to pony up the remainder to pay off the loan

just curious if someone buys the bike for 4500.00 with no title do u plan on paying the remainder of the balance? if not your credit will be s%$t and the bank will want the bike back.
the smart thing to do is put the remaining balance on a credit card. you will recieve the title in 3-4weeks. sell it and then use that money to pay off your credit card. your credit is saved and you get more money out of the bike.

Man did I hit the nail on the hammer with my Comment, This has happend to a friend. He bought a bike. 2 weeks later repo man came and got it from him after he registered it.
There was nothing he legally could do because the bike was "technically" the banks.
[b]bank will want the bike back.[b]
This is when the Police will be called and they will put a warrant out for the owner and the bike will be marked as stolen...and if the guy rats out on who bought it...there goign to jail as well...sucks for every one..part it out and cut the frame up and call it in as stolen...if you wana go to jail
