i think if i took a better picture, i would be able to edit them a little better, but im using my sisters camera. its a new sony cybershot i dont even know if its any good, im pretty sure its quite cheap.

Looks like a really good attempt... did you read what I said in the Tech Sticky? It might help a little, I think the garage is a pretty hard picture to capture well.

im gonna post up one of the originals for comparison. i havent read anything, all i know is that youre supposed to set the camera to take at least 3 pics at 3 different exposures. thats all i did, and by the way, the camera im using is pretty limited and i dont have a tripod either. i just read your writeup on it, thanks, i did it similar, but a few things i missed.

First thing to do is work on your composition, you've got nothing going for the car pic. You don't even have a whole car in the pic, you've cut them both off.

Move one of the cars out of the garage and make sure you're getting the whole thing in the frame. Once you've got that down we can work on some HDR. :bigthumb:

bah, i was itchin to test out the hdr when i saw the camera sittin there. when my car is done i will take it out to some spots and try some more
