Posted this in the general, no replies, so maybe you guys can help me out. I was wondering what the average cost of labor/installation for a B-Series swap into an EK. Swap is complete with ECU, axles, shift Linkage, mounts, manifolds, harness, etc, along with removing the old D-series block/tranny.

avg....$500-800.00...May be cheaper...But I would say from past experience, that was and proly still is the avg. swap fee...

But, there are plent of dudes here that would proly do it cheaper...I know someone personally (my nephew) maybe $500.00 ... If that!
keep in mind...that you always get what you pay for. anyone with experience and some ability is not going to perform an engine swap for less than 600-800.

And remember guys. Some of these shops/people only provide you with a startup warranty. After you leave the problems are your's :( Be sure to ask ...
