big issue with this weekend is Daytona Spring Break nationals is also on the 29th. I am not sure which to go to yet. I just posted up on solo to see where the majority of the members would rather do. Also FunkMasterFlex show in daytona is the 15th so may do FMF show then tampa hin.

Did SSP say no to daytona or was it not brought up?

I went to the St Pete show last year. I liked it, but the buzz during and after the show was the promoters were disappointed in the turn-out in St. Pete, low excitement level too, it was really kinda ho-hum. so I doubt they pushed the trop real hard IMO

i was actually suprised to hear it was coming back again. i didnt think that many people went last year. i was really pissed they didnt sell beer and they wanted $5 for a damn 20oz coke

the one in Orlando is always indoors. they just don't have any driving events (I think). When I went they didn't but that was 4 years ago. I went to the one in St. Pete, that was ok...If you guys are comin up this way for the HIN @ at the Convention Center let me know...

The March 29th show was not moved to Nashville, Nashville already has a show in July on the 26th(know someone who works for HIN), they canceled it because Spring Break Nationals is that same weekend and they were afraid no one would show up, they might reschedule in Fl for another date but they are not sure yet,

SBN has nothing to do with it. HIN had always dealt with competing shows in the same day and weekend (have you guys heard of that state named California?)...
And BTW, I was the guy who told you to fix your car in the Dunlop booth in Miami, and you've seen me in ATL.

If so it was nice meeting you briefly and sorry about that i kept telling the dunlop ladies that it could not be over the carpet but they would not belive me untill a HIN person specificly said so ;) It worked out better being lined up on the edge rather then at the angle they had me at.

I havent been to ATL before unfortunatly but i hope to make it up there this season. So do you have any word if HIN will be doing the nightshift tampa this season at all?

Yea, the fire marshall was on my ass about that and the Sevas booth. AND I don't have the Mazdaspeed booth set up, and that's why I kinda gave her an attitude about it. No more Nightshift, looking at another HIN instead for next year.


And my bad it's probably way back in Orlando not ATL when I judged that car.

I can deffinitly understand that you guys were under allot of stress getting that setup. With that many cars going in at one time having to be set in place is a nightmare. Do you travel with HIN or just setup/judge the souteast shows?

Sucks about nighshift i really did enjoy that last year. wasnt as big but was still allot of fun. that and TeamSolo took home a good ammount :) Will you be going to SBN?
