No thats ghetto! ur shit is gonna bounce like a focking slinky on a dirt road, not to mention its unsafe, changes your spring rates, and anneals the Spring steel making it hard and brittle and they will fail, and brake and you will be stuck on the side of the road ;)

Yeah, please for the sake of everyone else on the road, don't even consider doing this. You'd be better off with some $80 coilover springs from eBay....and thats not too great either.

No, and if youve ever studied suspension geometry youd see that even lowering most cars has a negative effect on handling and ride quality.

A stiffer spring that lowers the car= Improved downforce
and handling around corners due to lack of roll.

Ive seen a spring heated to lower the car. They lowerd the car like .5 inch
went for a lunch brake and saw the car on the ground + plus it makes the
spring brittle

Cutting a spring will change the spring rate and give it a shitty ride, and not only that its also dangerous too.
