Finally made it to the track last night, results inside

Well we finally got to make a few runs on the new motor. Best we could get out of here was a 7.65 Not too bad first night out. And that was on mostly a stock suspension :-o so I am really happy how that turned out.

Any way going to make a few adjustments to the suspension and get her tuned and I beleive the car will go into the 7.40's range on the motor (maybe faster, the car has more in it but I had to half ass it off the line due to the crap suspension) It looks like making our 6.50 goal on the bottle well within reach.

What does the combo consist of?

347 small block. Completly stock suspension minus some lakewood 90/10's up front and some boot leg uppers and lowers out back. As you can see there is alot left in this car just have to start working on the suspension.

Still fighting that upper control arm problem huh Chris? It sucks trust me I know from experiance.

We probably wont be out anytime soon. Gotta make some adjustments to the suspension. Also I forgot to mention the tires spun on the rim :D Yet another issue to be added to the list. As you can see we left a lot on the table the other night.

Yeah, unbelievably I am...although UPR has promised to have them here no later than tomorrow. :roll:

I wish my coupe was running 6.50's. It will be soon though...while I keep the A/C. :D
