Some people say that you get what you pay for............

Sometimes you get MORE than you pay for.

My contention is that when I charge less for suspension work than the big shops, that I gave a person MORE than they paid for. When I carefully measured a suspension and cut the coils, without the suspension getting beat up, without shocks blowing out, without tires being eaten, that I saved that guy 100's of dollars that he can put in the gas tank, and he got more than he paid for.

Other examples of getting more than you paid for, are when you bought name brand suspension parts and paid less than full price.

You are invited to tell us about a suspension deal where you got more than you paid for. Want to give some details?-Bob

I just did this past week!

Tein Basic Dampers with original box, stickers, instructions, receipt ect...

They go for around 900 shipped, Lets just say i got one HELL of a deal.
I dont want to disclose what I paid for them but a select few know and agree with me 1,000,000 times over!

By the way, I purchased them on Honda-Tech..

u know of anywhere that sells them for less?

To save money, a lot of people buy name brands selling for less on Ebay.
In Josh's case, he found name brands on Honda-Tech. I prefer that people buy their own parts and that I install them. That way all warranties are in their name, and they get lower prices by not paying me any markup.

Everyone has an opinion on what parts are best, and they don't mind telling you.-Bob

We just paid a "guy" $15,000 for a weekend (susp and chassis tuning) and lost a 1/2 tenth. Lets just say me and "Mary Dickell" dont get along right now...

Bought some Tanabe sustec Pros 500 used.1200 setup at some places in mint contition, fully inspected used only 6 mos. I could tell they were so clean, fully adjustable with helper springs, height and dampening 1-4 front and 1-8 rear. It is sick I run an agressive setup and it rides soo nice all the way tigh.STEAL
