Autocrossing info

I just wanted to let folks know that Ive got (what I think) is a pretty good list of links to local autocrossing clubs in the Tampa area. Check www.eec.com/racing/ (http://www.eec.com/racing/) and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Youll find the Miata club and the Porsche club as well as the Gulfcoast Autocrossers in Ft Myers and the Martin Sportscar Club in Orlando.

I understand theres a Corvette club that runs up at Hernando County Airport but I dont have a URL for them. And the SCCA is going to be running at the Univ of Fla soon (like March most likely). Actually theres a March event already scheduled at Valencia Community College in Orlando... That same URL I provided above has a link to the registration page where an updated list of events is located. I expect to solidify more dates in the next week or two so the list should expand out to the whole year...

Are you going to hit the Porshe event up at MacDill? As long as Im not alone up there Ill run the green machine.

I am seriously hooked. Hopefully my swaybars will come in before the next go. I am also considering the H&R cup kit from overboost.com. That and some tires and the inside rear should be spinnin freely! When is the next event I am stoked!

no bill.. we didnt place anywhere reaslly at this last one.. there was no ranking system. at my first one (at macdill) i placed 2nd in novice class.. just unde rth eviper that ran over all the cones...
