Hey everyone Great news!! I went to Test and Tune @ Desoto today. My previous best time was 14.04 @98 MPH. That was with all the original parts with 145000 miles on them. After the install of a K&N Walbro 307 fuel pump new timing chain Valve springs slicks open exhaust and my new SMC Alky Kit I went 12.85 @103 with a 1.79 60-foot time!! Im thrilled!!! This was at 19 PSI 26 Degrees advance and using 93 octane gas. I used straight Denatured Alcohol which worked perfect!! Later I raised the timing to 29 degrees and 22 psi and still had no knock. Lack of traction made the times the same but it felt a lot stronger. The car has the stock rear rubber bushings so when I launched harder than 5 psi the car went kinda sideways... Definitley a fun ride!! 11s Here I come!!!

Thats Mr. 4SFED http://www.tamparacing.com/ubb/biggrin.gif hehehehehhe
4SFED 4 will be ready very soon. But you had better get your trap speed up at least 10-15 mph if you wanna play. hehehehehehe. 4SFED 4 is a street killa!
Congrats on skipping the 13s. I agree they are a complete waste of time. Why mess with em?

Great time Bob!!! congrats. If youre gonna run 4SFED you better keep that 60 time down there hehehe or he will hunt you down in the last 1/8. The turbo dodges arent the greatest in the 1st 1/8 but watch out for the second!!! (traction on FWD is tough)... What was your 1/8 time and MPH if the slip shows??? Just curious.
Also Your time is dead on with a GNX I ran... 12.85 @ 104

Thanks everyone! My 1/8 mile info is:
8.150 @83.99 MPH. Dont worry I havnt bolted on any performance parts yet!! Ive set a goal of $1500 total layout of money for me to get to the 11s. So far I have spent $300 of it on the Alky Kit. that was not necessary but it allows me to run high boost without race gas. The parts Ive put on the car have all been replacement of worn pieces like the timing chain valve springs and fuel pump.

LeadSled-- That Was you wasnt it!!! I ran a red Z28 at had an even run down to the last 1/8th then it pulled away from me. I ran a 12.89 @104 on that run I think it had to have run a low 12. I looked at your webpage and your slips show a 12.2 or so... Was that you!!?!?!?
