We all knew it was a matter of time, I need to rent out my downtown crash pad. Everything inside is < 1 year old Big screen TV, surround sound, Microsuede couches and loveseat, REAL wood furnature.
Building has
Heated Pool
Hot Rock Sauna
Jacuzzi
Ceveche Tappas Restaurant and bar IN building
40 clubs bars and eaterys within a short walk.
Move in time for the Gasparilla Parade (which you'll have a front lawn seat for) I have to move quick so I am slashing the price to
$990 a month. all you pay is electric.
I am posting it here since I know most of you and trust many. I don't want some punk in my home tearing up my stuff. but for the right person, or someone you can vouch for it's a great deal. I've listed this before for $1300 and have had people willing to take it.
