Discount has come new paint from Duplicolor that is in 1 QT can I think. It is supposed to be ready to spray without the need for thinning or hardener. And there is no re coat time window. Has anyone used it? If so what are the thoughts on it?
Use the Krylon stuff. Duplicolor is meh.

Actually were both wrong! haha
Founded in 1883 As a Plate Glass Manufacturer
Captain John B. Ford and John Pitcairn created the Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company (PPG) in 1883. The first financially successful U.S. plate glass manufacturer, the company was located in Creighton, Pennsylvania, northeast of Pittsburgh. It moved its headquarters to Pittsburgh in 1895.

Yeah it comes out looking like spray paint. The clear does not lay down very well. You can see that in your pics there. It does look good but I would not paint a car with it.
You should wet sand the clear and then clear it again.
You can get Single Stage and it would look way better and cost the same.

your not going to get the atomization (sp?) that you will in a decent paint gun with an poof can. But it looks nice regardless. I would be interested to see what it does with engine heat on it.

well those pictures didnt have any pics of it being wetsanded but i used all hi temp primer and clear and had it for about a year and still looks the same even better and never melted or chipped or did anything cuz of the heat
x2 i would never spray my whole car with dupliclilor unless they came out with some professional paint then maybe

ewwww Dupont? Dupont doesnt cover very well at all, I normally have to use about 1/4 more paint when painting with Dupont over PPG. PPGs clear spray much better to.
For those who asked PPG is a paint company that makes GOOD paint lol.
