i went to bed when it was 4:30 am shit wait 3:30 and got up when it was 8:30 or 7:30.

the light fucked me up though and i figured it was like 9 am or 9:30 seeing i had shit on speed channe.so i jumped up and was like foot ball in couple hours only to be let down after my morning pee when i seen the real time..

some of the best things to play with a adhd kid is like tag or get them to do laps around something till they are spent..but u will have to do it twice seeing the first one is just the hyper energy going away..

The DST didn't even put a dent into this damn anti-vertigo medication they've got me taking. :( I assed out hardcore. I fought it off a lot yesterday, and then came home and took a 3 hour nap. I went to a wedding, and almost fell asleep there last night. Came home and passed out at like 10:30 or 11, and didn't wake up til almost 11am this morning... Ugh... I hate groggy feeling, and hate taking meds even worse :(

You give her something to do, and you have to keep tellking her to do it. Even if she's engrossed in a TV show...she'll watch, but she's still all over the place. She'll ask a question and never hear the answer, so she'll ask over and over.

Her sister is so chill. Polar opposites.

i believe it amanda..i was like that as well,i would never hear anything that anyone was saying to me,i would be in my own little world...my problem was i could never stop thinking and my mind gos at like mach 1..so unless it was cars i wasn't able to focus on anything because of that.
