boost leak i guess...

i just got my srt-4 and it was running fine but now the boost like spikes or surges donno witch one...any suguestions?

which one? Spikes or surges?
Surging would be up and down. Spike would be hittting a sudden max and then normalizing.

Could be anything form vac line leak to exhaust leak.

most likely a boost leak...common & usually simple to fix

if u have aftermarket piping could be cold side or hot side pipes to much boost poped it off its common...

could be alota things a cap or a vaccum line poped off.. check ur car 1 by 1.. look at last thing u touched or installed.. work from ther!

i checked them all well atleast the ones i could see there all good,iv read that srt-4's are common for waste gate problems...

idonno like i can ease into it and its fine,it when i step straight on toit it's liek theres not enough full or air too it but iv checked everything...and it seems to do it mostly in 3rd...

found out what it was i guess the spark plug set up on 03-04 is shitty and they seem to fry after low milage and all i need to do is buy a msd coil and wires pack
