We need this. Too many folks are taking up an entire page with their sigs again.

I don't really want to become a moderator but sometimes seeing most of the crap that these guys get away with make me want to actually try for it.

I just propose a "Warn an admin/mod" button for sigs only, since the other warning button is for more serious offenses.

+1 I hate big sigs. Shouldn't be able to contain more than one picture and a couple of lines of text.

The forum I spend most of my time on has a 5 line sig limit. I actually turned sigs off here on TR because they are usually like 9 crappy pics of crappy cars, and usually make pages 3x as long.

That's the reason why I have it turned off at work.

But it shouldn't have to be that way. I go on my Mazda6 forums all the time and NEVER do I see sigs that huge and abused.

I agree totally.. I think we should have a set limit as to how much space we can use. I know as of now there is a 500 character limit but shit a picture is like 30 characters.

Weeeeee!! Lets all be tattle tales!!!! Fags.

Who gives a rats ass? I believe if a mod or higher positioned individual sees a problem with a persons sig, then he/she should pm them and ask for it to be removed. If they get no feedback, then go ahead and suspend the persons sig abilities for a year. Problem solved.

^ Mods/Admins aren't everywhere. They can't look at every members sig and check to make sure it's okay.

If you have a problem with anyones sig, you can hit the report post button or PM anyone with an orange name.

I haven't found many forums that allow sigs like we have, so a little toning down should not be a big issue, we still give the users more space and freedom and 90% of forums.
