I will start this thread by thanking all our customers that have support Driven Concepts throughout the past couple of years. We have gone through your normal growing pains and have excelled for the better! The most important lesson we've learned so far is that the company is only as valuable as the employees a company employs.
This thread is dedicated to our hard working employees, giving all our customers a better understanding on who's actually working on YOUR car.

We will start with our Forman.
Mike joined Driven Concepts a few month ago as our Fabricator and have since been promoted to our Shop Forman. With excellent command on both TIG and MIG, a combined welding ability of 6 plus years, I can surely say that Mike is one of the best and has the most experience in metal fabrication.
Areas of Expertise
- TIG Welding - 4 years
- MIG Welding - 6 years
- Custom turbo systems
- All types of custom fabrication
- Expert knowledge of modern EFI and fuel systems
- All general maintenance and mechanical experience
- 3D modeling and car drafting

In alphabetical order -
Even though Antonio's the newest member to Driven Concepts, but his automotive experience and reputation has been known in the Tampa area for sometime. Antonio came from RZ Motoring as the only tech and have worked on plenty of exotic vehicles.

Danny has been with Driven Concepts since the beginning, but took a short vocation and attended Erwin Tech for welding. After a year in welding school, Danny took first place in the Skills USA Regional competition. Striving to be one of the best and strongest fabrication shop around the Bay Area, Danny has proven his outstanding ability in the art of fabricaton. As one of our Lead In-Houe Fabricator, you can be rest-assured that all your fabricating needs will be properly taken care off.
Danny wants everyone to know
- He likes brunettes, around 5'~5'8", weighing less then 115lbs
- He works with a lot of special people
- He has a Honda Accord

John, also known as RJ (Redneck John), has been Driven Concept's Honda/Acura Specialist. Like a lot of people around, John learned a good majority of his knowledge through backyard / home garage experiences. Over the past 1.7 years at Driven Concepts, John has come familair with RWD SR20DET swaps in all aspects. After years of working at Tire Kingdom, John came to Driven Concepts because of his passion for performance and aftermarket cars and parts.
