Does anyone know who can fabricate these for a late Model Forester? I may just do the Home Depot route but didnt know if a shop locally was able to do these that someone knew about? Thanks!

True but the ones I've seen have the cut out molded in for the liscence plate area which wouldnt work for me unfortunately.
