why would u be scared to own one?. my white one is gentle and very smart, he listens to everything, and is even carefull not to hurt us when he is playing/taking treats from our hand, never barks, never chews on anything. i even took him to XAT when i had my z lol they said "thats a JDM dog"

My neighbor had one, it bit his daughter. I also know of a few other cases of this.

BUT, i know that it rarely happens. But rarely is just too often for me.

its all how they were raised. if you raise a dog to be defensive then prepared to be bit. Pitbulls do have a natural trait to protect their owner.

yup, also there are so many dogs that look like pitbulls but arent, so they get a bad rep. like on the news they always say " PITBULL ATTACKS OWNER" then they show a pic of the dog and it looks nothing like a pitbull. i would never own a pomeranian or those lil fluffy dogs. they are the most agressive dogs i have ever seen IMHO, everytime i see one its barking and growling at other ppl/dogs

I lean more towards the German Shepard. I had one growing up as a kid, and would love to have another one. It was named Luther, because my mom loved Luther Vandross. lol

Now that was a good dog.

i have two dogs my pit which is a year and a half old and my dalmation which is 13 years old... both awsome dogs... never bit anyone, my pit bull is agressive but only when he feels that something is wrong... i play with him hard all the time but he never gets crazy like all these people think they do...

Same with my pitbull. My pitbull was abused when it was a puppy until I got ahold of him. I always thought that was the reasoning behind his aggresiveness towards strangers. Its the best dog I've had so far.

Good, ur not supposed to cut their tails. they use their tails for balance.... "faded" has a good looking pit, other than the cut tail.
