easy work :) DIY or if u can bring it to melbourne ill put them in for u.
Are these just the adjustable springs or full coilvers with the dampers?

First step is to losen the bolts that hold the stock shocks to the chassis. Then of course jack up the car and remove the tires. Then remove the shocks. Easy work should only be two bolts holding it to the steering knuckle.
ur gonna need a spring compressor tool, u can borrow one from auozone. Pulling the nut that holds the spring seat is also a bit difficult. a air gun and a adjustable wrench or vise grip will make this easy.
I would recommend u change the damper as well. I speculate ur planning to run the stock shocks. Lowering springs + stock dampers wont give u the best ride quality, and reliability. I would recommend some adjustable shocks if u can find and afford them. If u cant some new OEM shocks would be better than ur old ones.
