Of course they hit hard. What do you want to compare them to in particular? What type of music are you wishing to play on them?

they're loud, that's about it. Doesn't sound really good though. Much better woofers out there for the money.

i was wondering the same thing about the l7's. im wanting to switch my setup from my 2 aw1208t audiobahns to 2 15" L7's.

i have two L5 15'S on a JL 500/1 and they hit 145 DB's, i put them on a 1000/1 and they were louder, they really couldnt handle the 1000/1

Yeah it's actually a pretty decent and simple setup. No flash, no frills install job. Definitely gets the job done though.

well the 15's are in my closet, i got a 13.5 W7 and that hits just as hard, maybe slightly lower the 15's but they do get loud but the 13.5 has better low bass and i did'nt want that much bass anymore

all that shit, and i can vouch for that. i have 2 L7 15's on a ZX1000.1 each, and its nasty loud, but took some serious d-tuning to be as clean as it is now. not exactly a do - it - yourselfer for the wal-mart stereo aisle regulars...

Now that I think of it, maybe they are 1000/1 amps... I dont know? Its not my truck and I really dont care too much for systems anymore... I've grown out of it...

All I know is that the W7 hits :thumbup:.

yea they definitly do, but yea he SHOULD have them on a 1000/1 thats the amp thats made for that speaker

a friend of mine has one, 15"l7. we can give it to you and install it for 350. it has a ported box, and a 900 watt roxford amp. text him tell him T sent you!
