2005 Mercedes SL500 Audio,navigation,nothings works!!

My Radio was left on with the ingnition on and when i jump starter it all the electronic don't work please help!!!

check the fuses, if that’s not the problem then say a prayer and call mercedes and be prepared for it not to be under warrantee and it to cost you way to much
