Default tranny Id Q'

So if my transmission block serial number starts with "s20" does that mean it's an Si/Ex one?

It's a 92 Dx from canada model, and i have no idea if the tranny was changed prior to me acquiring the car... i know someone one day pointed out that it probably was an Si/Ex tranny, just wanted confirmation.

thanks

s20 means nothing the only stamping that means anything is A000 or B000
A000 = Dx\Cx\Vx
B000 = Ex\Si

Should be right above filler plug
