you could try one of these...
Eastwood Co. - Vinyl Eraser 3 1/2" Diameter (http://www.eastwoodco.com/shopping/product/detailmain.jsp?itemID=1914&itemType=PRODUCT&iProductID=1914)
or you could heat with heat gun or blow dryer then remove. Use adhesive remover for any remaining glue. Followed by polish/wax or sealer.
The paint will probably be a different color where the pinstripe was.

I had to take the pinstriping off my long gone Prelude cause my fender that I replaced didnt have it. Since the car was old, it looked like a pain in the ass but I found some adhesive remover and used that and the blow dryer. Came off without a hitch.

If you already have the actual striping off and just the adhesive residue is left. Then use adhesive remover from Discount Auto to get it off. Just put it on there and scrape it with a squegee or something like that. I've done it countless times this way.
Thanks every one. I just bought an S 2000 and it had some dumb pin striping. I got the vinyl off but the adhesive is a bitch.

I used Goo Gone to clean up the left over adhesive.
