Having helped with the JDM meets, I'm qualified to have an opinion......

1.Place reserved at least a month in advance.
2.Know how many people will be paying for food.
Maybe sell nametags to the eaters.......
3.Figure how much up-front money for supplies.
4.Find someone to cook/organize the flow of eaters/organize the
stuff on the tables, sodas in the coolers, ice, etc.
