It's not a matter of it being 10 years old, therefore it's good. It's a matter of it simply being good.

Last year's "Walk it Out" by whoever-the-fuck is a perfect example of absolute trash.

Contrast it with "Let's Go" by Trick Daddy/Twista which actually had thought behind it and great production of that mean underlying track, even if it was just another "I'm badass" theme... which is so fucking tired it's not funny.

there is so much forgotten hiphop and rap out there. even the stuff listed up there is their later stuff

EPMD = you gots to chill one of the best hooks out there and they seemed to love the rodger trautmen affected voice sound because he is backtracked in a lot of their songs
