**SATURDAY, SEPT. 29TH, @ 11 AM AT FORT DESOTO PARK**

Now remember, this meet was posted on other forums as well as adverstised by word of mouth and flyers, but to get an idea of who is bringing what...please post here!

AS FAR AS DIRECTIONS GO...
We have mapped out the park and made plans for Pavillion/Picnic area #6 and #7. Each pavillion has a 2-3 grills and several of tables and benches. There is a playground there and the beach access, bathrooms, and concession are right there as well.

DIRECTIONS:Take I 275 S. to Pinellas Bayway (exit17) *TOLL =.50* and then go down Pinellas Bayway until you get to SR 679. Turn Left on SR 679 and follow it down into Fort Desoto Park. *TOLL= .35* Go straight (passing big water tower on your right) until you reach the stop sign. Take a right and this takes you to North Beach. We will be at the Park Picnic Tables #6 and #7. (Near Bathrooms and concessions).

BTW---I will be bringing a little bit of everything (just to make sure we have some stuff) but im signing myself up for ....

also im heading out to the best buy on dale mabury... whats the earliest time i can drop off the food to get up there?

The meet starts at 11 am which means the lakeland/winter haven crew will be getting there at 11 and possibly tampa group that is meeting up at Dale Mabry ...considering we are stopping there at around 10:15-10:30 to meet with them to ride out together. Any stragglers or people that plan on being late can come whenever...HOWEVER ..we will be starting to cook and stuff around 12 (noon) in otherwards ..please please try to be there at 11!

Sweet, so we have plenty of hot dog buns and some hot dogs...come on guys... sign up...

I think we may have someone bringing a huge trash can with ice, so we still need 12 packs of sodas and waters....

maybe some condiments: relish, mustard, ketchup.....?
paper goods: paper plates, napkins, ....?
chips?
side items?
charcoal?

anybody good for any of this?

yes i will bring ice and some sodas just like 3 12 packs so more people need to bring soda or other drinks

Its a for sure thing..its only been planned for 2 months, posted on several message boards, organized/planned with FT Desoto park and flyers have been passed out.....so unless there is a hurricane then there will be people there!
