primer potency?

quick question. im planning to prep and primer my car this weekend... can i leave the primer on for a week till next week to paint it? or will ihave to reprime it again?

(btw planning on using rustoleum primer )

i wouldnt put rustoleum primer on a car

What type of primer are you using? If you are talking about a rattle can type of primer I would advise you don't even bother.

no do not put rustoleum primer on it it will react bad with auto paint spend a little and buy the primer that goes with the paint system your using
