Just imagine being an important part of a child’s life? Well you can! Let me share with you the story of Baby Trevor. He was born with four congenital heart defects. None of which were detected before birth. The most severe being a rare heart defect known as Truncus Arteriosus. He also had a Hypoplastic Aortic Arch, Ventricular Septal Defect and Atrial Septal Defect. He underwent open heart surgery when he was just nine days old. Today, he is thriving. He is three months old and has overcome many obstacles. With out the generous funds raised each year for the American Heart Association, Trevor’s surgery may not have been possible. We need your help, please join TREVOR’S ALLSTARS and walk with us! If you are not local, you can still help! By becoming a virtual walker for our team and help us reach our fundraising goal.
The American Heart Association continues to work to help make a difference in the lives of people like Trevor. Each and every person affected by heart defects and disease has reason to hope because great advances are being made.
Everyone knows someone affected by heart disease or stroke. For our son, we will be walking in this year’s Heart Walk. We have set a personal goal to raise funds for the American Heart Association and need your help to reach our donation goal. We are raising critical dollars for heart disease and stroke research and education.
