need quality work for good price

I have a 1991 240sx . I need my front bumper painted as well as my driver side fender. I'd just want it to be returned to stock form . If itd bring the price down I could try and get a fender and sand the two pieces. Let me know . I'm sick of driving around like a d-bag.

On the bumper no ..I've just got chips of paint missing. As for fender wise , I may have to buy a used one and will try to get that in as best shape I can .
