Here are some photos I took during a family trip to NYC this past June.

I wanted my children to see the hole in the ground, the memorials, and get the general feel of it all.

It seem to impact both of them (they are eight years old).

This really impacted them as well as me, read some of these pictures that were posted at the site after it happened then saved.

They are heart wrenching.

I don't have it on this pc. But on a forum i use to frequent, around this time of the year we would change are avatars to a image with the towers saying never forget to remind everyone.

That was a very scary day for me especially. My dad works in the pentagon. He was just around the corner in a meeting when the plane hit.

Thanks for posting those pictures. I was home when it all happened. I turned my TV on after I heard about the first plane and watched everything live for several hours. I remember crying the rest of the day. It was just horrible.

Every year, I look at these sites to remind myself of the pain I felt that day, so that I'll never forget and never let my guard down.
