I bought a new lanzar 276vibe 2400watt 2channel amp, i had 2 10's hooked up, 1 per channel. then i bridged the amp to 1 12, worked fine. then i hooked up 2 12's (1 per channel) and the left channel fuse keeps popping. i can still bridge but the left channel wont work, the right channel is still fine. What could it be??

presented too low of a resistance. Try wiring it the opposite way (instead of parallel, try series) Your output will be lower, but it's to check to see that it won't pop. Also note that when bridging, you'll only be allowed to do a certain ohm-age. For example, if a 2ch amp let you do 2 ohms max per channel, bridged it will only let you do 4 ohms max. (depends on model). You can play around with wiring IF you have DVC subwoofers, if you have SVC, you're kind of screwed with presenting an either-or load. Go check out some wiring diagrams to see what you can do.

But most of all, upgrade your amp, lanzar stinks. I'm also betting you're using Kicker subwoofers aren't you?

no lol im not using kicker..the 10's were pioneer premier 600/1500 and the 12's were infinity reference 600/1200. i wasn't using full gain/boost cuz i know what they can handle.

and for the "lanzar stinks" im getting 4 of the MAXP154D 15's with 1 amp per 2.

i'll check out some wiring diagrams like you said and i'll see what i come up with. thanx

shit i think i read your question wrong the first time, so my answer is probably very wrong...

Anyways, someone else will pipe in. Still check those wiring diagrams though.
