the best thing for you to do is pay off the bike on a credit card to receive the title. this will free up the lein on the title and you can sell the bike for more and use the money to pay off your credit card. this process will prevent any problems to the new owner of the bike if you decide not to pay your credit card.

Is there really someone stupid enough to buy a bike with no title? As soon as this jackass reports it stolen to collect insurance money (plus the money you just paid for it) you will be fucked if you ever get caught with the bike and you wouldn't even know it. Stunt bike or not, do not buy without a title.

well Actually I will buy a bike without a title BUT! I will not buy a stolen bike. If someone like in my case looking to build a shootout track bike it doesn't matter if it has a title. but if its shady or whatever I agree don't mess with it. not tryin to step on anyones toes just wanted to say that its not always a negative to buy a bike without a title you can always build a track bike.

I agree as long as the title doesnt have a lein on it because if you have it and it is reported stolen/ payments stop then you are in posession of stolen property,and you will go to jail. There is a diffrence between a bike w/out a title and one with an active lein on it.
