Just a small piece of advice. GO TO THE SHOP! The 6 days you've spent on this one thread you could have gone there and had your issues resolved. I've learned from experience... if you Email, AIM, Text or whatever Ian.. It will take a while for an answer cause he is not in one spot for any time. Just get in your car, go there and take care of business.

I personally watched Ian do the refund, we also have the receipt here from the machine saying the refund went through.

Well as i spoke to you on the phone this WILL be resolved tomorrow as he is not in the office! We have a receipt of the refund and we will investigate it further. Thank you
